Bed
Till the soil fine and level.

Sow
Mix seed with sand and broadcast evenly; in pots, sow rows 6 inches apart.

Rake
Rake lightly so the seed sits just below the surface.

Irrigate
Water lightly if dry after sowing, and again at 20–25 days.

Thin
Thin to 4–6 inches — eat the thinnings as greens.

Harvest
Young leaves at 25–30 days. For seed, cut plants when pods turn yellow-brown and sun-dry.
🌱 General care: weed around the base once plants grow and water whenever the soil starts to dry.
